This cave in Liguria (two entrances lead to the same "vault") is most likely at least partially artificial. In the entrance area Speleomantes strinatii and Rana italica can be found (For the salamanders this is their primary habitat while the frogs only use the cave as a daytime shelter). In the foreground you see a creek that dominates the landscape, so it is perfectly suited for Salamandrina but also Speleomantes which leave the cave at night to find their food in the surrounding area.
