Ichneumon wasps are nearly impossible to be identified just by means of photos... I guess that this is a specimen of genus Rhyssa or Rhyssina, but I am not sure. Especially the antennae's distinctive light section is something I could not find in photos or descriptions of Rhyssa/Rhyssina species.
Head/body length of this specimen was about 20 mm with an ovipositor just as long as the body.
